Very long process both online and in person aspects to it. Online aptitude tests, as the SEARCH centres weren't open I did a video question and answer exercise recording my answer to scenario based questions.

Application - provide skills, experience, knowledge against person spec Interview - interviewed by three senior leaders within the area, answering a series of questions, where needed to provide evidence against the person spec and the requirements of the role.
