Humphrey & Associates interview questions

Have to call and make appointment for an application. I went to the interview and was offered a job. They never called me back i had to call them. They told me i passed my drug test and background , but they are not going to hire me after all with no explanation. Was a complete waste of time and gas. I declined other offers because of them!
