The interview process was very straight forward. It started with a short phone call question and answer, and then followed by a face to face interview. The face to face interview was held at the employer residence and it took us about 2~3 hours to understand each other. The interview included various questions related to the job function that is required by the company, as well as personal check, background, experience, skills, knowledge and capability.
