Hurix Software Developer interview questions

I have given 3 interview 1 and 2 technical interview .They asked the code in both interviews, And 3 is a managerial interview, I passed all interviews.But in HR told me we hired another candidate,If they want to hire another candidate then why waste the time of other,

Interview process has 1 technical and 1 PDM rounds, difficulty level is average, I passed the 2 nd round easily, since I was rated high in first round, got offer in a week.
