Interview
Disorganized from the start. Recruiter reached out directly from the company to set up an interview. When I am prepared for the interview, the recruiter was a no-show and had to reach out myself to see as to why the interview. They said that the dates were mixed up on the teams call and would need to re-schedule. Met with HR, multiple members of the team (also one of the team members needed to re-schedule and was not told until the day of), case study was done and an on-site interview, as well. The company seemed very disorganized with their hiring process. The team was nice and welcoming for the on-site interview.

Question 1
They asked if I would be willing to work long hours and that this position would be demanding, at times, considering that it was more of a start-up culture.
Great and friendly and organized. Typical going through various members of the org. Couple technical questions and a case study as well but nothing out of the ordinary. I would say the scheduling was quite fast and good.
