fill in form and text base resume/cover letter. you wil lget short listed by a computer to top 50, the list then gets sent to manager. Manager picks 5 people to interview. If you get an interview you have made it far into hiring process. Interview has 4 basic behavioral questions and possibly 3 basic technical questions.
