Unstructured interview process: I was given an unclear direction to think in and the CEO had extremely high expectations but no resources that he could direct me to. he also asked me -What interests you the most about working with generative AI technology, and why are you excited about joining our team? but honestly, there was nothing exciting about it. he didnt answer if they had raised any money, didnt answer if there was enough compute resource and appeared flighty through the process
