Interview
Met with executive staff and members of the board. The product, technology is very good. Knowledge level and commitment of the staff is excellent. Industry experience is a major factor in being successful. Having lots of contacts and a good rolodex was a major factor. Integrity, honesty and industry reputation was discussed. I recommend having specific questions prepared for the individuals you meet. It's a start up and everyone was open to new ideas and approaches to how to grow the business.
