I had a phone screen with HR, followed by an onsite in-person interview on video-telecon with the Sr Director, RA. And then HR reached back out. Pretty standard and formal.

Clear communication from the beginning. I had the chance to meet the regulatory managers during the interview. They accepted what I requested from the beginning. 1 had to pass 2 rounds. Very smooth the process.
