The interview process was quite unorganized. Interviews are conducted with three different individuals and the information collected during the interviews is not shared among interviewers. You must repeat the same information each time you are interviewed and sometimes you must repeat your information several times during the same interview.

El proceso de la entrevista se desarolla en tres etapas. Primero con el HR, luego con tu line manager y luego con tu line manager y el director. Si todo sale bien luego te llama de HR y te va haciendo una oferta. La entrevista con el manager y el director duró 1 h en cual pone preguntas acorde a tu currículum

Interview
Very long 3 week process. 1st interview with a recruiter, 2nd a manager, 3rd 2 other managers. I hardly even spoke, they did most of the talking except for when reviewing my CV with every interviewer. Recruiter & managers were extremely nice and made you feel like you would be a great fit and were going to make an offer.

Question 1
Be ready to discuss your entire CV/resume. Every person I spoke to asked me to walk them through my CV. Definitely over prepared. No behavior questions were asked.
The first interview was over the phone about 30 minutes with HR. HR was very nice and I felt no pressure, hr started with questions about who I am tell my story and briefly explained the job I was applying to.
