      Sales Interview

      Feb 6, 2010
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ICON in Mar 2009

      Interview

First interview is over the phone with one of the people in Human Resources. Very pleasant experience, but clearly standardized and pointless as far as eliciting any useful information for either party. Next comes the in-person interview, which was also a good experience. I think there is high turnover there, so the interviewer was really trying to sell the company as a good place to work, without giving any concrete reasons to back that up.

      Question 1

Can you handle not being very successful for the first year?
