I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ICON in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process was online with recorded responses and prompts. It seemed extremely impersonal and I was really dissapointed to say the least. As you can see below, I did not receive a second interview, however, I was more than qualified but I believe the impersonal format really threw me off. When people said it was online I assumed over zoom with a person. They must really be receiving a lot of candidates if this is how they are interviewing. Either way, glad it did not work out. Hated the cold format.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ICON (Winston-Salem, NC) in May 2024
Interview
Straightforward and reasonable as long as you have some experience. If you have worked with a professor before or had a previous internship you will be fine. Also having some good questions and background about the company helped with the interview a lot.
