IDCRP interview questions

The lead of research team arranged a onsite screening interview directly. I was told that the interview would be 2-hour long but actually it only last 30 minutes. He went through my Resume and introduced basic situation of their organization and research. The role is mainly about data analysis with SAS, according to the statistical plan of clinical research protocals.
