Written test, personal technical interview (one to one), manager level round and HR.
Written test consists of IQ , apptitude, basic windows and unix, English grammer,
Personal interview - Support and troubleshooting skills, basic windows servers knowledge and sql and database basics,
But finally after joining this company i came to know of these was really required to perform daily work, simply copy paste work done in CARE department , even a 12th pass can do, why are they hiring engineers for this.
