I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Trading (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
HR was nice and asked behavorial questions, including the common questions like telling an experience that is in a urgency situation, and asked basic backgrounds, as well as screening the resume.

Tell me a time where you have to face an urgent situation, and how did you solve it.
Online accessment, first with some behavioral questions, making you very relaxed, and then to some super wierd IQ test questions that ruin your mind. After the OA, I was rejected.
