Interview
The first step is to finish an online assessment. Then, the second step is to finish an online video interview. After this step, I was invited to a skype interview with a trader. However, this face to face interview process is not professional according to my experience.
It took the HR a week to coordinate the interview date. And by the day I did the interview, the trader was late for 15 minutes. There was no any technical question in this round, which was quite weird, unlike most others' experiences. I was asked to discuss two algorithms under different scenarios with trader.
the recruiter was negative about the result as you move on. And it is tricky and average attitude. And if you want to ask something, say it is your opinion

A probability question either to join a game or not
3 rounds, market making, quant, fit/personality/HR. Market making round they made us play a game and assessed how we quoted bid/asks, spread and asked to explain why. Quant round was standard, probability and puzzles, with added constraints/variants.

The initial online assessment was on a neuralink brain test, followed by a GD involving a cards bidding game and then a technical interview followed by a personal interview to get the final job offer
