IMTF Group interview questions

I recently interviewed for an SRE position at IMTF, and overall, the interview process was pleasant and engaging. I had multiple interview rounds, including sessions with the CTO, HR, SRE team lead, SRE engineers from Switzerland, and the CEO. The team members were friendly, and I enjoyed our discussions during the on-site visit near Stuttgart. However, I am disappointed by the significant delay in receiving feedback from the company. After each interview session, I received positive feedback from the headhunter, which left me hopeful about the outcome. The CEO informed me that I would receive a decision within a week, but it has now been over a month, and I have yet to hear anything. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances and internal processes can cause delays, the prolonged lack of communication has left me uncertain and frustrated. Timely feedback is crucial for candidates, as it allows them to make informed decisions about their job search. I appreciate the positive aspects of my experience with IMTF, such as the professionalism and friendliness of the team. However, the extended duration of the of absence post-interview communication has been disappointing. I hope the company can address this issue and improve their feedback process to provide a better experience for future candidates.
