INDIA NEWS interview questions

I applied online, after two days I received a response from the HR. I applied for Copy Writer (News) and the test/interviews I was going through, I thought, were for the same. I had one HR Round, one technical, and a written test. After about ten days, after I lost hope and forgot about it and accepted another company's offer, I received a call saying that I have been selected. Happy I was, they told me that I just need to meet the Chief Editor once and that would be it. I went and then they said that my performance wasn't up to the mark! And they offered me some other job to which I could relate to, and I didn't accept the offer. The HR Dept. really needs to improve a lot!
