      Director Role Interview

      Oct 2, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Amsterdam)

      Interview

This was one of the weirdest processes I went through. I had a leadership executive assistant call me to set up a first interview. First interview with hiring manager went super well. Then a second call set up with hiring manager and someone else + a case study. Went well. Was told I’d hear back the next week and never heard anything, radio silence. What a bad experience. Being ghosted for a role at this level is unacceptable.
