I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Brussels) in Aug 2014
Interview
Some technical and reasoning tests followed by a behavioral and motivational test. After the first round there was a second round interview at ING. This interview was followed by an assesment center in which other skills were researched.
