IONOS interview questions

It was a brief introduction and then presentation of tasks that were given to do. Almost a week to prepare the presentation and complete the case study. The interview lasted for almost 1 hour.

The interview process typically begins with an HR interview, where initial discussions about expectations, relocation, and other logistics take place. After this, the HR team reviews referrals and presents suitable candidates to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager approves, the candidate is invited to a first-round technical interview, usually lasting about an hour, to explore technical skills and fit. Candidates who perform well in the first round may then be invited to a second-round technical interview, which can be conducted either online or in-person. If the candidate successfully clears this round, the company proceeds with the offer letter.
