Two phone interviews (one with the Chief of Staff and the other with the Director of Valuation) followed by an on-site interview at their Los Angeles office. There seemed to be mutual interest, but I never heard back after reaching out several times following the on-site. It is unfortunate when companies ghost candidates. The team is small and growing. I am not certain how much business they have, but the sports partnerships landscape keeps growing. There is stiff competition in the industry from players like Premier Partnerships, Wasserman, CAA, Endeavor, GumGum, Hookit, and Octagon, who all are more established in the industry and have valuation methodologies. The employees seemed stretched thin, so expect delayed responses to communication. Overall, the team at IPG360 seemed pleasant. The interview process is laid back. They told me that there is not a formal on-boarding process due to the age of the company and lack of bandwidth.
