You get great insight into the sports industry. Good for people looking to gain entry level experience.
Cons
I experienced a toxic management culture characterized by micromanagement, lack of support, and a general disregard for employee well-being. Favoritism was a significant issue. Furthermore, the interview process seemed disorganized and inconsistent. I received conflicting information and felt that the process lacked professionalism.

Toxic masculinity, the boss Jeff loves calling on people and putting people on the blast. He does not respect his employees. Don't expect a work life balance even if they offer unlimited PTO
