IQzone interview questions

A group of two people skyped me, then spent 30 minutes outlining the position without giving me a chance to comment until the end, when they realized they were over time. I briefly summarized my experiences in respect of their next interview and they did not ask follow up questions. When I received the email about not getting the offer, they cited my lack of experience with repetitive tasks and data entry; they only asked me a question about the latter. They also mentioned that they hope to sell the company and automate its processes in a few years so do not think of this position as a long term offer.
