Filled out an application on USAJobs, then was contacted to schedule an interview, i had the interview in person with two employees. The interview was formal, they asked questions about my professional life and goals.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IRS

Straightforward interview with friendly interviewer. Questions were related to my background and experience, with no behavioral questions. Heard back in about three days with an offer, provided that i submit to a fingerprint and background check.
