Proceso rápido y sencillo de 3 semanas. Una entrevista con una consultora externa, luego una entrevista con recursos humanos y el manager, y una última con el N+2. Experience rápida y agradable.

Cuatro entrevistas: la primera con una recruiter externa, la segunda con recursos humanos de isdin, la tercera con la manager y la cuarta con la head del departamento. En todo momento se me explicó los detalles del puesto. Todas las entrevistas fueron de excelente calidad humana.

Me contactaron para ofrecerme un contrato de formación de un año. Al preguntar si después de formarme accedería a un puesto fijo me dijeron que eso no me lo podían garantizar a pesar de mi desempeño y valía. Me causaron muy mala impresión.

Unprofessional. Interviewer was very arrogant and in a loud setting that was not conducive to ZOOM interview. and condescending . He also rescheduled multiple times. at the last minute. He also told me the benefits were not great ! I have never heard someone in management insult their own company. After reading the authentic not "suspect reviews" Umm, No thank you!

Unprofessional HR.She was late for the meeting. She is in a noisy office and complains that she can't hear me. She doesn't ask questions and answers to my questions with annoyance as if I already have to know the answers. Chat with other people during the interview. One of the worst interviews i have had.

Hice la entrevista en Isdin, Barcelona, España. En las oficinas del 22@. - Larga - 0 empatía por parte de los jefes que hacían la entrevista - Fríos y distantes - Llegaban tarde a la entrevista, se equivocaban con el nombre. Duro dos semanas el proceso para que finalmente, no me dieran ningún tipo de feedback. Simplemente se olvidaron de mí y de mi candidatura.
