I had a Zoom interview with two of the department heads that were vying for my services. They tag-teamed the interview nas it gave the other the opportunity to take notes. They were pleasant but direct which I appreciated. The process took about 30 minutes. For direct hires I've observed an on-site interview process that was several hours and often involved lunch.

Met with HR manager and customer service manager. Overall good experience. Asked example questions and scenarios. Typical interview questions of strengths and weaknesses. Asked why I had interest in the position and what experience I had.

Interview

first was a phone interview, and then manager interview and finally manager lunch. hr called me and asked me questions, and then also met up with other coworkers during my interview process. Phone interview was more personal questions. interview with manager was more techinical questions and interview with upper management was more top level questions
