ITech Consult interview questions

First interview took place over about 15 minutes. I spoke with a recruitment consultant and the director of ITech. I was asked about my previous experience, why I was interested in the job, what I could bring to the table and then more technical questions regarding what I would do in certain scenarios. They made sure that I would be able to handle rude people on the phone and not to take anything personally. I then had the role explained to me more thouroughy
