Received an email MONTHS after applying for a phone screening interview. The recruiter was friendly and knowledgeable and I was moved along to a second round performance task. The task took a little over an hour to complete and I did not receive any feedback for about a month about my submission.

Tell me about your experience with curriculum standards alignment.
Very brief initial phone interview, no major questions asked of you, more of just a fuller job description and an opportunity to ask the recruiter questions. It didn't really give me a chance to impress them with anything, and then they sent an assessment.
