The interview process felt quite drawn out, especially considering the compensation for the role. I went through two rounds of interviews and was also asked to complete a recorded presentation, which added a significant amount of unpaid preparation time. During the second round, I didn’t feel a strong effort from the interviewers to connect on a personal level, which made the experience feel more transactional than engaging. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer, despite feeling that I met the qualifications and performed well throughout the process. Overall, while the structure is thorough, the experience could benefit from being more streamlined and candidate-focused.

Tell me something about you that is not on your resume.
Made it to the final face to face interview scheduled at the San Mateo office. Due to travel arrangements not meeting my availability and preferences interview was cancelled and they decided not to move forward. Even after offering to pay any difference in cost. Huge red flag for me and so telling to the type of organization IXL is running. Totally confirmed all thr negative reviews.
