I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IXL Learning (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I met the company through a college career fair and got coding challenge questions from them through emails few weeks later. The questions were standard questions testing you how well you know about programming. I'd say if you know concepts well but you don't have much experiences in actual coding, it might be challenging. Then I had a phone interview with a recruiter generally letting me know about how the program works and what they are looking for. Then a week later, I just got a standard rejection email.
