Applied online and was sent a timed coding challenge. After a couple days of preparing and doing practice problems, I completed all the questions on the coding challenge with all test cases passing. A few days later I got a rejection email. Asked for what I could have done better and they refused to give any feedback. Given that multiple other reviewers had the same experience, it seems like they send you the test without even looking at your resume, and THEN check to see if you're qualified/a good fit. It's extremely disrespectful to waste anyone's time with the questions if we're not considered serious candidates.
