I applied and received an email about a phone interview the next day. I planned like crazy for the interview, knew everything there was to be found online about their products and company, had a great conversation with the guy, and I got the answer to the brain teaser. Then 3 days later received a rejection email saying my background and qualifications were not a good fit.

Everyone was friendly in the interview process, however, it was a long process from start to finish. Initial interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with hiring manager. After that, they will offer an in person interview typically.

I had an interview, they asked the typical interview questions and the same jelly bean riddle that everyone else said. Then I had to do a design assignment, which I had a week to complete. It was actually a bit of work and took me about the whole week to complete, with the fact that I'm a student with a part time job.
