Before I got a job I asked my friend who already worked in Iceland to forward my CV to my employer. Afterwards my CV has been succesfully delivered I got an e-mail with an offer I was interested in. After few e-mails as a confirmation procedure during the hire process we scheduled an interview through skype where we solved all necessary details..
