IdeaCrew Software Engineer Ruby Rails interview questions

Had an intro interview that was very straightforward. Then did a one hour technical interview and at the end was given a small 2 hour take-home project. After submitting the take home project I did not hear back for 3 weeks. On hearing back there was an attempt on their end to schedule a final interview but the hiring department soon became unresponsive. It was disappointing to be ghosted directly before the closing interview.
