Interview
The interview process took place for 3 days at our University. It consisted of 4 rounds. First was a written coding test consisting of 4 questions. The questions tested the basic analytical skills. Out of 473 members, 61 were shortlised for the next round. 2nd and 3rd rounds were also written coding rounds. 2nd round had a slightly higher difficulty. 13 members were shortlisted for the 3rd round. 3rd round was slightly different from the other written rounds. It consisted of 5 questions in which each question is to be solved one after the other to know the next question. From 3rd round , 5 members were shortlisted for the HR round. Finally 3 members were selected into it and I am one of them.

- Discussion about interviewee's background
- Portfolio Review (thorough)
- Discussion of job description and role, ongoing and upcoming projects
- Discussion about workplace culture
- Discussion about interviewee's preferences, availability, expectations
- Conclusion
