Relatively easy interview. It was all remote. First spoke with a recruiter and then spoke to the manager the next day and got a verbal offer for employment from her.

What kind of experience do you have relating to customer service?
Simple process they asked a few questions about you, your job history, and candidate questions. Nice interviewer and seemed friendly, quick turn around time for job offer callback with immediate start dates available.

It was a great interview! She was very detailed with hiring recruiter, and always answered questions. I would recommend ideal image. I have always heard good things about ideal image.
