I was sent an email a couple days after I applied online, and asked to do a few pre-interview modules (typing test, and a computer competency test) and then sent a link to schedule a phone interview. I set the date and time for 2 days after the initial email, and was not called, asked to reschedule, or anything. I sent a follow up email about an hour after my phone interview was scheduled, and was completely ghosted. Very unprofessional and after doing further research--it appears the company doesn't have a great track record. Disappointed -- and a waste of time.

I received an invitation for a phone interview. I was told of all the perks and explained the process. In the email I was told how excited they were to speak with me about this position. There was a link for me to pick an interview date and time and take an assessment. I took the tests and picked a time; the confirmation came asking if I took the test and said yes. I received several reminders of the time. I waited all day for a call that never came. Not even an email. Very unprofessional, and a huge waste of my time. I can't understand why they couldn't have even given me something as simple as a cancelation.

I sent in my info. I got a response for a phone interview. The invite said 15 to 30 minutes. The recruiter went over 40 minutes, and she had no idea about accurate responses of the sales matrix. At the end of the interview she told I would revive a response but the end of week. She interviewed me on Tuesday. I never hear back from the company. Then I started reading the reviews of culture and pay and oh boy… terrible !
