My first interview went pretty smooth. It was a phone interview and I was nervous but once I got to talking everything just flowed. Ihave gotten a call for a second.
The call was on zoom, first one with regional manager. They ask you standard questions about yourself and work ethic. Once you reach the second interview, you speak with the hiring manager of the store you’d be working for. They go into details about the position to see if you qualify and if you’re still interested. It is contract based

I was contacted to set up an interview time. After a few exchanges, a time and date was set for a phone interview. No one ended up calling me at the agreed time or ever. No one even got back to me about the missed meeting. Extremely unprofessional.
