I applied online. I interviewed at Idox (Woking, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Process took around 5 months from application to second stage interview. Communication was pretty poor throughout that period.
Wasn’t treated fairly and was essentially kept on hold until they found someone they preferred even though I showed consistent interest throughout the process.
Reasons for rejection kept changing and were inconsistent even though I scored highest in practical tests conducted.
Still awaiting feedback that I don’t expect to be receiving at any point. Bit of a joke to be totally honest.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Virtualisation experience and competency questions, platforms utilised, they mainly use ESXI.
Straight forward account management questions. Interviewed by 3 people. The Head of service and two other account managers. Questions on experience and scenario based questions. It lasted for 1 hour and then told me there would be a second round of interviews.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Idox in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview with the manager of the team was very good seemed understanding and wanting to get to know what you can do.
The HR representative that was in the interview then took over, to be honest I was wondering why they bothered interviewing me. Picked at the CV why is it like this why is the recruitment companies name at the top why is it formatted like this why is this not stated in it. That whole interaction really put me off working for the company had I even got some sort of response back after interviewing which I did not. No answer no feedback. From the HR side I thought the company was rude and having dealt with them in other roles I would say they get plenty of complaints.
