Initial 20 minute phone interview to seek out personality fit, next round interview was F2F at SF headquarters for them to learn more about technical skills, discuss past experience, what I look for in position, etc. There weren't any puzzling or "trick" questions. They were quick to respond after each round of interviews regarding next steps.
