Interview
The interview process started out rather slow, took a few weeks for the recruiter to reach out to me after my online application. I was shortlisted for an interview and met with the Director. Interview went well, lasted about an hour. And then nothing. Been a month and no reply from HR.
It would be the decent thing to reply to someone who had invested time and effort in your company.
2 online interviews, 1 final round in San Diego with 5 different interviews. The whole process took about 3 months, started in October and ended in January one I received the offer. HR person was very supportive.
