Interview
I applied this position online and got an email from Human Resources Department a few weeks after application. The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter. And I did not get the second turn.
I had a phone screen with HR, and it was pretty straightforward. However, they needed someone to start earlier than I could, so unfortunately, it didn't work out. Despite that, the overall experience was relatively relaxed and pleasant.

He said will get contact with me and pass thru my resume to Brazil as soon as possible but 3 or 4 days after I receved a Standard answer I was not selected for that position.

Microsoft Teams meeting, interview was led directly by hiring manager. It was a standard interview with behavioral questions. Everyone was friendly and professional and I sensed they have high standards that a prospective Illumina employee should fulfill.
