Interview
Interview was smooth, the process was not complicated and asked several technical questions about the system's capability. Asked about previous experiences in other companies. There was a total of 4 Rounds of interview conducted.

Strengths and Weaknesses, describe yourself in one word.
Extensive. Numerous interviews, only to find that at the end, they preferred someone with more solid biotech experience. Not sure why they went through the effort of all the interviews if they knew they needed someone with different experience.

Phone interview with recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. panel interview and 6 one on one interviews with engineers/engineering managers. Process took approximately 3 weeks I would guess.
