Illuminate Financial interview questions

I had the honor of interviewing for an open role in NYC. While I only completed one round, it was one of the best interviews I had an honor to be a part of. The CoS and EA in London were on it, and asked great personality and professional questions. They provided adequate time and it did not feel rushed. While I did not move forward into the next round (which was quite hearbreaking), I did receive feedback that I needed to work on being more specific in my answers. Remember to speak to your experience by referencing events, projects, and situations! While I thought I used enough detail, I now know to be more thorough and it was pleasure to be considered.
