Generally a really good experience. The team responded within a few days to my application, and the recruiter was very personable, communicative, and definitely helped put me at ease during the phone screening, which in turn helped my interview performance.
Within no time, I think even later that day, she got back to me excited to advance me to the next round with the manager. That interview was a little tougher mainly due to two things: The Zoom meeting froze and lagged a few times, eating into the time we had to interview, and kind of throwing some salt in my game. The interviewer was very pleasant, intelligent, and professional, but I don't know if it was just anxiety or what but I got a vague impression of not exactly coldness, but not warmth either - you know, like a kind of professional distance between a superior and subordinate.
About a week later I was informed that I wasn't selected to advance further, however someone on the team was willing to provide feedback, which I thought was awesome. It was not the person who had interviewed me, so there was only so much info they were able to provide me since they could only go off someone else's notes rather than pick their brain, but I still give a lot of points for them taking time out of the day to provide any feedback to someone not in the tribe.
In short, they were responsive, professional, and fluid - I'd say overall 8 or 9/10 interview experience.
