      Account Manager Interview

      Oct 6, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Immersive (London, England) in Jan 2021

      Interview

Terrible process. Was contacted months after submitting application. As I was still open to new career prospects I Scheduled and attended first round interview only to be ghosted afterwards. No feedback whatsoever even after sending my own follow up email. I can understand you can’t apply to every unsuccessful initial paper application. However, I think it is common courtesy to respond after first round interview indicating if progressing to next round or not. Not professional conduct at all from the hiring team.
