I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Impact Group in Jun 2022
I met with three different individuals before getting a formal offer. I interviewed with the recruiter twice; the Team Director and finally the direct manager to the role. They were very interested in my coaching experience and philosophy.
- Have you ever coached someone into a new role? Domestically or internationally? Tell me about that experience.

good overall experience, they offered delicious food and coffee so I was amazed by their generosity. But we had some technical issues as the interview was online ( yes they sent the food by mail ) Long story short, I highly recommend being interviewed by them. Nice people
- Are you happy with our food

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Impact Group (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2020
Due to Covid, my interviews were all virtual. Interview with 2 different managers, then with the CEO. Questions were around my experience and capabilities. The questions were fitting to the role I was applying for. Great experience.
- What size of companies have I managed?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Charlotte, NC
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Impact Group (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2020
I applied online and was called very quickly for a first round interview. This was an initial phone interview, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic they did not proceed with hiring for this position as anticipated. The interview was fine but there were very few questions asked of me as the candidate. I'm glad I was prepared and had a list of questions for the interviewer so we could have a longer conversation and get to know each other.
- There were not many questions asked; just about background and experience. the interviewer talked a lot about the opportunity, the current need for this role, and the services they provide their relocation participants.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Linden, MI
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Impact Group (Linden, MI) in May 2019
Emailed in a portfolio of work. Spoke with a hiring manager over the phone who insisted that I take the exam as soon as possible as she was very excited to see the exam. Took the 90 minute exam and emailed it back. I never heard from them again. I waited a week or two, sent an email politely asking if they had decided one way or the other, as I had other positions that were available. Never heard back. I’m very disappointed that a company would go to the extent of having an interviewer take an exam and not even have the courtesy of a follow up. Regardless of who was hired, at least give the person who interviewed with you and took out an hour and a half of their day to review a resume; a five minute response letting them know one way or the other.
- What interested you about this position?

I had 3 different interviews on the phone; one with HR, another one with my future manager and the last one with the department's head. A 1-hour conversation each where they asked several conversational and behavioral questions. Then they asked me to review a resume.
- What do you find as the biggest challenge working with clients?

After applying I was contacted via email for a phone interview. They asked very basic behavioral questions. The Interviewer was very professional and said I would be contacted in a few weeks with a final decision. I never heard from them again.
- What would you do if you were given instructions or asked to do something you didn't understand?

Anonymous Employee
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Impact Group
many interviews...skype interview with CEO. I met with my direct manager once face to face and had two HR calls during the process. The entire process went relatively quickly and the interviews themselves were easy
- same questions you would expect in any interview. no original thoughts. what are your strengths, weaknesses? describe a deal you won, lost? why are you a good fit?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Impact Group
very long interviewing process, going through more interviewers than you'd expect for the job, with a wide range of interviewing skills on the part of the people conducting the interviews
- what processes have you worked with and how did you cope with them?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Impact Group
We have been asked to interview for our jobs following a major aquisition. Leadership interviewing skills are poor. They seem more interested in learning about processes than the people. After spending several hours preparing, very few questions were asked.
- Please expalin why I did something according to process
