Impact Health Sharing interview questions

This was a virtual interview. The interviewer asked about my experience in the field and Certifications. Then the interviewer put on a recorded presentation for me to watch. He then made a sales pitch for the role. Found out it was only commission based and you have to pay almost $300 to get started with a website to sell their insurance. I was flabbergasted. This wasn't a traditional training role at all it was more of a sales role that felt more like pyramid scheme. The interviewer explained that I could recruit and train my team of sellers. The interviewer did allow me to ask questions at the end.

There is no interview process and there is no job. They try to sell you on opening your own business. I understand the business model for how the company works but I found it to be deceiving for someone looking for a job. If you want to sell your company ok, but do not advertise it as a job.
