I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Improbable (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
1. Sent my resume
2. Received a link to make a reservation and I did
3. Sent two emails to ask more details about the day but NO RESPONSE
4. Arrived 15 mins ahead of the schedule at the company
5. Waited for 35 mins
6. FINALLY, I DID A REMOTE INTERVIEW INSIDE OF THE COMPANY??? AND THE LADY KEPT EMPHASIZING IT WAS JUST A CONVERSATION AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD SEND ME TO THE NEXT STAGE WHICH WAS STILL A CONVERSATION WHEN SHE CAME TO THE COMPANY THE NEXT DAY.
7. Nothing for over a week
8. "Thank you for taking the time to chat. After much consideration, we've made the decision to not move forward at this time."
Honestly, right after the interview, I know this is not the company for me and my friends were laughing at me about the on-site remote interview. Really, the process is ridiculous. Before I attended that session, I saw some negative feedbacks on Glassdoor and I thought what kind of company would do those stupid things, it could not be true.
UNTIL THE ON-SITE REMOTE INTERVIEW THAT I SENT TWO EMAILS TO ENQUIRY BEFORE AND WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES AFTER THE SCHEDULES TIME.
